United Drug Distribution manages outsourced activities on behalf of the healthcare manufacturer. Our core focus is in the areas of storage, order processing, distribution, commercial support and value added services.

United Drug Distribution operate from a state of the art, IMB approved, purpose built facility in Citywest, Dublin. The site is approximately six hectares in area and comprises of two separate warehouses of 6,700 sq m for United Drug Wholesale (Magna 1) and 19,000 sq m for United Drug Distribution (Magna 2). There is a combined office area of approx. 7,700 sq m.
In order to understand our Principals' business requirements and needs it is important that we build and maintain strong relationships. At United Drug we appoint Key Account Managers who are responsible for working with our Principals to identify opportunities for, and challenges facing each of our individual Principal's businesses.

PARIS (Provision of Analytical Reporting and Information Services)
United drug operate a Management Information System called PARIS which allows full access to all stock and sales information. PARIS is a web-enabled tool which facilitates remote access to information by approved users through the Internet. The system is a data-mining tool which works by diving into the customer and stock information and allowing this to be reported in either a pre-formatted model or on an ad hoc basis.
